Most comprehensive book on economic development issues October 9, 2000

Unlike other authors, who have written books on economic development, this one stands apart. It presents a broader perspective to various issues, and analyses what various other economist feel on developmental issues. After which consolidates those facts to present the author's viewpoint. Makes for easy and interesting reading. Is definitely the best book on economic development issues available for students
